1. Please prepare a photo ID for check-in.
2. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
3. The property has a quiet night time period from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Disrupting the quiet night time period will result in a fine of PLN 500. Calling the police or municipal guard to calm guests will result in an additional fine of PLN 600.
4. The guest is fully liable for any damage/destruction to the apartment or common areas caused by their fault or the fault of visitors.
5. Losing apartment keys will result in a fine of PLN 300.
6. Smoking and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited on the property. Failure to comply with this ban will result in a fine of PLN 400.
7. The cost of accommodation per night is within the price range, depending on the season and the number of guests.
8. Upon request, additional cleaning of the apartment is available for PLN 60.
9. Please note that we are not responsible for any property left in the room.
10. Items left by the guest after departure can be sent to the address provided at the guest's expense. If this instruction is not received, they will be stored for up to one week after departure and then destroyed.
11. If any reservations or complaints regarding the quality of service are not received, the guest is asked to contact the reception by phone or email no later than 24 hours after check-in.
12. In the event of a breakdown, we may be forced to change the booked room to another apartment, but we will do so in accordance with the same standards.
13. Upon receiving the room key, you become the Host and accept the terms of the above regulations.
14. Persons violating these regulations will be required to leave the facility without reimbursement.
